Positive: The house is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything in the house is of high quality. The location is fantastic, it is a 2 minute walk from Tsinandli estate and Radisson Hotel. From the yard there is a view of the Caucasus Mountains The host is very attentive. I recommend it and will definitely visit again

Positive: Had a wonderful time with family. The location is the best, we used to walk with our kids in the wonderful garden, which is nearby. Very clean, cosy and modern house with comfortable beds. I have to mention huge bathroom. Owners are very friendly and helpful. I will come back ❤️ Highly recommended place!
