Positive: Roomy accommodations with kitchenette and small porch. Pool located at water's edge, next to a dock. Very peaceful and relaxing but located right next to Rt 1. Friendly and helpful staff. The office has an area with drinks and snacks which can be purchased.

Positive: Incredible - quiet, pristine, calm and peaceful location with couples whom you hardly see also going about their day. Everything about this hotel was just perfect. We had room / apartment 17, it felt like a ‘home away from home’.. clean, neat, the fans, everything about it! We loved the short walk to the beachfront, use of pool, outside ‘four in a row’ game, and site - away from the hustle and bustle of Miami but also along the Keys so easy to go to Key West for a day out! Exceeded our expectations. Arrival champagne served (or was it Prosecco - great quality & chilled ) - thank you ! Even had a bath!

Negative: N/a - could have done with a few more hooks for hanging towels, other items but other than that perfect and beautifully finished properties.

Summary: Palms & Pines - our home away from home - so glad we chose this place!
