Summary: Shower floor and showerhead was dirty, the bathroom door couldnt open completely due to the toilet blocking the door..the toilet btw was also sandwiched right up on the wall, the mini fridge was also dirty...staff was awesome, and the saltwater pool was fun.

Summary: Staff was very good..food was good..hot tub and pool was good but to many little kids in hot tub throwing balls.

Summary: Bed room was very nice. Living room was comfy. Beautiful view. Excellent service. Fireplace inside living room didn’t work. Back door to patio didn’t open. Heater in living area was very loud.

Summary: We had an amazing time staying at Pine Mountain! My adult kids and grandkids stayed at the Alpine Haus and loved it. I stayed in the Lodge in. King room and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Famer’s restaurant is one of our favorite places and we had a great time with wonderful food and drinks for both lunch and dinner.
