Positive: It was beautifully clean with a relaxing smell of pine. The facilities were modern and of superb quality. Our welcome was warm and friendly and the Prosecco and chocolates with the radio tuned to a relaxing channel added to this, immediately helping us to relax. The front garden was colourful and the back garden with hot tub inviting. We used the pool which was a good size and again very clean and inviting. The grounds including forest walk through to the village were an unexpected pleasure.

Negative: Nothing - can’t wait to go back.

Negative: Not being able to use the swimming pool as and when. It had to be booked for £17 per hour for the all four of us. Only one of us wanted to use it and was told he couldn’t use it alone.

Positive: We liked the quietness. We loved the hot tub and fluffy robes to wrap up in afterwards.

Negative: Location. It was a little out of the way so we had to drive everywhere we wanted to go to.

Positive: Everything was perfect from the Christmas woodland decorations to the crisp white robes hung on the walls.

Negative: The only thing I would offer for feedback would be I would have liked to have salt and pepper available within the selection of items you made available. Also a blind in the bathroom even though the windows were frosted I still felt a little exposed while showering.
