Positive: Pine Bay is a beautiful resort with excellent facilities, welcoming staff, and a very smooth check-in experience The team is genuinely helpful and goes above and beyond to make the stay truly exceptional The resort offers a variety of restaurants and dining options both inside and around the property, along with beverages and snacks served by the pool. Don’t forget to check the entertainment schedule for the evening shows and activities.

Negative: The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly

Positive: Food was delicious and great selection . Very spacious hotel and so comfortable. Staff in particular were very friendly and management at reception were very friendly helpful and obliging

Negative: Couldn't fault the hotel itself absolutely beautiful. The only thing that is lacking for the times we've stayed there is the live music entertainment. Either no music or not very good quality. Could do with adding some good quality entertainment to cater for European and international guests. Both live music and karaoke etc

Summary: Overall fantastic hotel, great value for money and would highly recommend it
