Negative: Entertainment - music and karaoke a bit lacking. Could have been a bit better organized but other facilities amazing

Positive: The location of the hotel is very accessible, and being situated in a private bay provides a peaceful environment to relax and enjoy the sea. • Being able to swim in November was a pleasant surprise. • The guest relations team checked in with us periodically from the moment we arrived, asking if we needed anything. • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all tasty, and there was a wide variety of options. • Bed and linen cleanliness in the room was sufficient.

Negative: The hotel management did not seem prepared for the mid-term holiday crowd and the football tournament in the area. Long queues formed, especially when trying to get drinks or snacks from the snack bar. • Even though many guests were still swimming due to the warm weather, all beach services had been stopped. For any need, we had to walk back to the hotel. • The rooms are outdated due to the age of the hotel. Cleaning felt superficial, the carpet was old and stained, and the ventilation system seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. • There was no product or allergen information at the salad, meze, or dessert stations, so it was difficult to identify what was being served. • Many bar staff were dipping glass cups directly into the ice bucket while preparing drinks, which poses a serious safety and hygiene risk. • Cats were constantly walking around inside the restaurant, and some were even jumping onto tables to eat leftover food when tables were cleared. Although the hotel is in a natural setting and animals around are expected, allowing them to move so freely in the restaurant can lead to hygiene issues.

Positive: Its very big and there were tons of different services, i liked the decor. The beach is nice and clean with lots of fish in it.

Negative: At the restaurant I felt like I am at the war zone. There were too many people and not enough space for dinner most of the times. It was a bit stressful for me.

Negative: 75% of the chairs have towels on the and nobody uses them. Virtually impossible to get a chair or a towel. Extremely frustrating. It’s so badly managed! The free à la carte restaurants is only one time per stay. Staff are robots.
