Summary: The beach and pools are very good, we really enjoyed this part. Sports and evening program, kids club and disco was fantastic - the animation team is doing an amazing job. Reception and restaurants staff are friendly and really nice. You can order transfer from/to airport at the hotel - very convenient, and costs normal. Food was good. We could always find something for adults and kids. The disappointing thing was the bungalows (small and outdated, old and dirty shower, insects (ants) on the floor, strange non-breathable linens). Veranda was ok, and the view on the beach is unforgettable.

Summary: Great club, many activities, wonderful pools, and different restaurants. Could propose more choice in international wines... as frankly speaking the Cretan ones are not at level. ;)

Summary: Perfect hotel, clean and beautiful. Its great for families with childrens. Beautiful area, green and full of plants, with mountain and sea view. the beach is perfect. the food (we had breakfast and lunch) is varied and good. Many restaurants, pools, playing area,and grass fields. The service is kind and professional. Definitely will come back.
