Positive: We stayed at Pilos Suites from July 26 to August 1 as a family of four with friends, and absolutely loved it! The setting is stunning—surrounded by greenery, it feels peaceful and refreshing. Breakfast was amazing, full of fresh local products bursting with flavor. But the real stars are the staff: incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Marmaris!

Positive: We had a wonderful holiday. We would like to give special thanks to Mr. Fatih from the hotel staff, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. He is a true professional and does his job exceptionally well. Both the beach and the hotel restaurants were excellent in terms of price and taste. We will definitely consider coming back again.

Positive: - Pros - rooms are spacious & airy - our sea view room had a lovely view from the main living area & balcony (but only a small window view from the master room, which was very strange) - the breakfast buffet is very impressive with all the sweet, savory, & cooked-to-order options you could imagine, even including fresh honey off the honeycomb

Negative: Cons: - no concierge - I asked for information on booking a boat tour in the area to explore the loval bays & beaches & the front desk associate told me she couldn’t help me & that she was “a stranger in this town too.” At the price point of $850 USD night, there should be someone competent to help offer insight on booking local attractions - The pool is intense - there are literally 8 bartenders/waiters watching your every move. And only kids age 10 & up are permitted in the main pool. Also, the main pool closes at 6pm, so they can prepare to host dinner poolside - so ridiculous! We have never seen anything like this. We ordered a glass of wine at 5:30 & they came by & told us that we needed to leave at 6. No apologies. No, we can help you move somewhere else. That’s just the policy. There is another small family pool off to the side that is in full sun & has no breeze or bar/wait staff. - Nespresso in the room is not complimentary- we’ve been traveling all over Greece & Turkey for weeks & this is the first place that we have encountered where espresso is not complimentary. Shockingly cheap at this price point.

Summary: Wanna-be luxury. Terrible value. Go elsewhere.

Positive: Their staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are very clean and they pay attention to every little detail. Rooms and hotel decorated beautifully and they have everything you need in the room. Towels were clean and soft, they have extra towels for you. Sheets were clean and pillows and bed was comfortable. We have stayed at sea view suit and it was so nice to wake up to sun and sea view and chill on couch we had in the room. Clean pool and seperate child areas also very great as we wanted to have a calm holiday and rest without kids screaming and crying so we really appreciated to have adult only pool area and beach. Food was great by the pool restaurant also the special coctails. It’s worth to visit Turunç just for this hotel, as there is not much else to see or do around hotel but hotel offers anyways all you need.

Positive: The employees were very warm and friendly, they were incredibly attentive, I have never felt so good.,The hotel's location on the hillside offers you an incredible view of the sea sparkle in the evening.Thanks to a very successful kitchen and chef, it has a first-class restaurant where you can have a wide range of dinners and drink quality drinks.Pilos Suites rooms and the comfort and cleanliness inside the rooms were very satisfactory. I will definitely come again.

Positive: Amazing hygiene, staff were very prompt at all times and hands on, super friendly and helpful and professional. Food was amazing, and the place for breakfast was quite awesome. The beach and pool were so clean and aesthetically pleasing also the food of the beach club/restaurant was so yummy, clean and fresh. The staff were always ready to meet your needs, came in for cleaning and left it spotless in 10 minutes as they work effeciantly. We used the gym for a day it has good equipment and weights variety. They were SO generous with water which was surprising. The free items minibar were great. In general the hotel was so modern and facilities were clean, fresh, aesthetically pleasing.

Negative: Nothing at all. It was isolated a bit so if you don’t like the 35-45 minute drive to the center of town this might be an issue.
