Positive: It is very clean, next to a high street with restaurants and Tesco. 10 minutes from Legoland ad SeaWorld and the mall.

Negative: The bathroom was so shabby, it wasn’t dirty, was clean but not nice - black mould on tiles and corners and grout falling apart on floor and walls. Bath side coming away.

Negative: Leaking sink in the bathroom, slightly rundown eg bedroom window dropped when opened, bits of floor missing.
