Positive: Spa was wonderful as was the pool. Room was nice, great shower and loved the fireplace. Location is fantastic, short walk downtown. Gardens are also superior.

Summary: Great girls weekend - will do again.

Positive: Walking through the beautiful garden.

Negative: Our room needs some attention with painting, and fixing the cupboard door which was very difficult to open, and it made a loud squeak when you opened it. The air conditioning was very noisy and the whole unit had to be replaced so we could get some sleep. The bathroom was small for two people to use, and the mattress on one of the beds was uncomfortable as it had a ridge down the centre of the mattress. The hotel does not have an elevator to get to the second floor.

Summary: Dissappointing - far prefer the Prince of Wales, and Queens Landing and Millcroft

Positive: Everything was beautiful! The staff were exceptional. I have a broken ankle, and when they realized my room was on the second floor, they moved things around to put me on the first floor.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like is the fact they only had an elevator to go to the restaurant. No elevator access to get to the second floor

Positive: The staff was lovely. The gardens were beautiful and the shuttle was great ,friendly people and drivers. Restaurant was very nice.

Negative: The layout of the hotel was awkward with too many steps and no elevators. The room had little lighting and it was dim. The ac was blowing over the bed and made it uncomfortable.

Summary: We loved NOTL. Hotel grounds/garden were enjoyable.

Positive: It’s beautiful with great vintage charm, beautiful flowers and facilities could be amazing

Negative: It was unkept in the public areas and spa staff was rude and didn’t want to be bothered. We saw several bandaids near pools etc
