Negative: Food at restaurant very salty and generous amount of oil used. Maybe what locals prefer, but not for us.

Negative: Our room was very small but the bathroom very spacious.

Positive: We had booked beakfast and dinner. There is a big restaurant, inside and also outside. Food was very delicious, at dinner, we could choose from main course and desert or soup. Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and professional. Location is close to Esztergom, around 30 minutes by car. They have big garden with small lake, you could sit on the bench and relax. I imagine this place is ideal for weddings or big family celebrations.

Negative: They have a friendly cat, which is walking around restaurant and as a person allergic to cats, it was not comfortable for me. After we told staff about my problem, they took cat away, but this was happening every dinner/breakfast. Our room was great, but for a mattress, mine side was more used and uncomfortable. Would be nice to change it for a new one.

Positive: The lovas Major is situated in a quiet area, we stayed there for 2 nights. The room was clean and warm. The scenery was lovely and super easy to travel to Esztergom and other places. They also run a restaurant underneath the accommodation. The food was amazing and the staff was nice and helpful. I only can recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a relaxing city break. Thank you for all and we hope to see you soon.

Positive: We arrived on 24th of Dec, booked half board when kitchen closed for Xmas holidays but they compensated us with a big plate of various freshly fried and cooked food for dinner and also prepared for us breakfast plates in the chalet. Very kind and helpful owner / staff. Spacious, nice, traditional style interior in the chalet. We want to return in summer season too.
