Positive: The location was kinda ok and the value for the money was fine

Negative: It wasn't as clean as it should have been,we didn't have any WiFi and it didn't work thru out our stay. One of the beds was broken and there were no sheets. I saw a cockroach while going to the bathroom and while it was raining there was a fountain of fecalties coming from the sink. It was very cold and stinky in some areas. The kitchen utensils had stains and were totally unusable.

Summary: Very expensive for such a not clean apartment.

Positive: It was great to have a kitchen and washing machine. Good security and transport nearby. Modern bathroom.

Negative: It lacks some basic amenities like tea towels and a dish rack for drying plates. The area is noisy, trains and some neighbour's noise, but that is living in the city. It would benefit from an electric fan in the 2nd bedroom, even one on a stand would do.
