Positive: Absolutely loved Pietra Rosa! A characteristic, old building right beside Torre Quadrano in the quiet countryside, a five minute drive from car parking to Spello’s historical centre. We were in the spacious superior apartment - dark inside, with exposed brickwork, arches and wooden beamed ceiling. Very clean, well maintained (both inside & out), and good wi-fi and air conditioning. At one end is the bedroom with comfortable bed; in the middle is lounge area with two settees and dining area, with a well equipped kitchen off this room; and then the bathroom with good shower. Particularly loved the outdoor facilities - on the western side is a bar-like area (maybe shared with the other two apartments?); large grass area beside the tower with sun-loungers and pool (plus outhouse with laundry facilities). To the east is a bbq area (communal?). Plus our apartment’s private area - dining, loungers and coffee table/chairs. Loved sitting here in the evening with the lights on, reading - blissful relaxation after a busy day exploring the area!
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: Want to stay in a Pietra Rosa every time I book a holiday!

Positive: We loved everything, Sara greeted us on arrival and showed us the apartment. Great place to stay, bed was super comfy, shower a good size, everything was spotlessly clean, tv in bedroom and lounge. Basket of goodies for breakfast. Swimming pool and outdoor area is fantastic the grounds beautifully kept and maintained.. A great place to unwind after traveling. It's the best place we have stayed in while in Europe for the last 2 months
Negative: Everything is perfect, really wished we had time to stay longer. I'd be back tomorrow if I could.
