Positive: Great central location in Loches, with good view of the chateau and Tour Saint-Antoine from the 2nd floor balconies in Building A and good parking. Lighting in apartment was good. Large balcony with opening glass would be nice in the summer. Decent sized pool for summer use. Good WiFi. Small laundry area on site.

Negative: Whilst the apartment had everything you might need, it was all a little basic. Very small bedroom with two single beds, not suitable for anyone taller than 175 cm. Kitchen area was well equipped and the small cleaning pack (washing up liquid etc.) supplied was useful, but kitchen area difficult to use with little preparation space and everyday items stored in cupboards that were too high for practical use. Poor soundproofing between apartments. If mobility is an issue, there are no lifts, just external staircases.
