Positive: - The location is excellent, located in the heart of the old town and close to most of the attractions, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. - The flat is recently renovated; it was very clean and had all of the required appliances.

Negative: - The instruction for entering the building was somewhat confusing. - There is no direct way to contact the owners apart from messaging via Booking. My request for a contact or WhatsApp was ignored. They simply replied they don't use WhatsApp and did not offer any other options. Furthermore, we didn't meet the owner during our 5-day stay, so we didn't have the chance to ask for any recommendations. - The flat is on the second floor without elevators, which is not mentioned in the description, so consider it if you're traveling with seniors. - If you have an evening flight, like we did, there is no option to leave your luggage after check-out at 10 am; however, the owners indicated some lockers almost nearby where we could store it for a fee.

Positive: Recently reformed apartment in a superb location, we had a fantastic stay in Warsaw. We were 2 children, my father and myself, so we used the beds plus the sofa bed in the living area. Spacious, very clean, great pressured and consistently hot water, quiet and comfortable. The layout was well thought through for a separate toilet to the bathroom, and the washing machine worked perfectly. The location is unbeatable. The instructions for getting in were confusing. The fob is used on a “grill” just below the entrance buzzers, on the left of the door frame, not the actual door handle. The apartment is on the second floor, not first floor as instructed. We’d also recommend some oil to spray on doors and windows as they creaked a lot on opening / closing. We are so happy to have enjoyed Warsaw from this base and highly recommend.

Positive: Apartments clean, though without any additional service like tea or coffee or at least bottle of water.

Negative: It was hard to enter. Nobody answered fast to help. We had to call all neighbors to enter. We have asked to check in earlier due to hard trip to get there but nobody assist.
