Positive: I like everything about this hotel, from the dark wood to the great and wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The decor is a bit old world, comfortable, relaxing. I would highly recommend a stay here if traveling to Kyiv

Negative: Hmmm difficult, considering that this is not a 5 star super expensive Hilton and is great for the price I would put a memory foam topper on the matress but I am a large chap lol
