Summary: It was a nice & quiet place close to all attractions. The home met our needs & we were happy. Had problems hooking up the WiFi to the TV, therefore we had no TV & the property manager was notified. However, we still could not get the TV connected to any app. The home has a nice deck, but the patio furniture was very dirty with webs tucked under the stairs. It would have been nice to utilize the outdoor deck with patio furniture. If you like Hawaii, you’ll enjoy all the detail with sea shells throughout the home. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Lovely place that was very quiet during our stay. Only suggestion would be increasing paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bag supply. It was just 2 of us and there was plenty of space! We couldn’t find additional garbage bags once the first one was full. We were ok on paper products but could see it getting tight with 4-6 people. Overall great place, would recommend and property manager/operator was super helpful in. Returning left behind belongings

Summary: My husband and I travelled to Pagosa Springs for a few days of hiking. The accommodations were perfect for what we wanted. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything you would need to be able to cook your meals and all of the furnishings were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. The whole condo was very clean and the view was amazing! Check in and out was very simple with great instructions given on the whole process. Leo was a great manager and very accessible if there was any need that might arise. We will definitely try and book this place again in the future. The owners have really taken the time to make this a comfortable and beautiful place.
