Positive: Excellent location in the downtown area with a short walk to everything. Loved the backyard. Comfortable roomy living room. Great kitchen with new appliances, well stocked.

Negative: The railing to the bedroom upstairs was dangerously loose so we couldn't use the room. Two of us had to double up in another room. I would suggest a statement in advertising that it may not be suitable for seniors or those with disabilities due to the narrow high stairs leading to the laundry and the upstairs bedroom.

Positive: We loved everything about this cute little house. The owner or host provided all the amenities to comfortably house ourselves & our toddler. It looks small from the outside but it is really quite spacious inside! The beds were comfortable, the amenities were all brand new. Our favorite part was the bluetooth speaker in the shower!! Close to down town but not too close to hear the traffic. Just the sweetest decorations & we could tell there was some serious thought put into the details & feel of the house. The washer & dryer were a huge help to us too because the drain pump on our washer at home broke just the day before we traveled. We will definitely be staying at the Picture Perfect Bungalow next time we're in the area, in fact we can't wait to come back to Vancouver. Love love love this little house.

Negative: The kitchen needs a cheese grater, that's it! We were making something in the kitchen where we really needed a cheese grater & didn't have it handy- I should've just gone to the store to bought one to leave there but didn't have time. Next time we'll pack our cheese grater -lol =)

Positive: The location was excellent, the house was adorable! Kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, laundry room in the basement and a backyard to boot! We absolutely loved this property.

Negative: No TV but we had a lot going on and didnt miss it.

Summary: It was a wonderful stay, we would stay again and we recommended the property to family/friends.
