Positive: The view! The comfy couches, clean and tidy. Washing machine and dryer super handy. Carport and access handy. The view is amazing!

Negative: Aircon unit would be a highly requested item in summer I'd say- quite warm with only a few small windows to open and blinds don't block sun. This didn't affect us too much as not too hot yet.
