Positive: The receptionist was lovely, room was comfortable and clean.

Negative: The mini bar is actually a slightly warm, empty mini fridge. No water. MUST stock yourself water as easily dehydrated in that heat. Expensive. Need a car!!!!!! Or very restricted. No help to find excursions. 100% remember to get your passport when leave, the man that checked us out forgot. This mistake cost us 300 euros . Remember the bill at the end.. not everything is all-inclusive. It will add up , take an extra few hundred for the bill.

Summary: Nice hotel but must pre-think and plan!!!!

Positive: The room was very clean, air conditioning efficient, beds very comfortable, lovely staff, food quite good. We had all inclusive and were allowed to stay for lunch after check out and use the pool. We had a late ferry that day so it was an excellent way to spend our last day on the island. We were passing through for 1 night.

Negative: There is a shuttle service to a nearby (dog) Beach with free use of beds and umbrellas. We drove for convenience of time. Parking there was reasonable. This beach is OK but by far not as nice as others we visited in the southeast. We did not go to other nearby beaches so I can't say if others are nicer.

Positive: It’s close to the seaside and the harbour. The room is quite nice. The pool is also a great way to spend time.

Negative: I found a woman’s night gown under my pillow so it begs the question if the room was properly cleaned. There is no WiFi in the rooms - only in the common area. With all inclusive I was expecting more - I could for example only order drink of the day… in other all inclusive hotels I could order whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. Also some people form the stuff don’t speak English very well and it was a little bit difficult to communicate sometimes.

Summary: Would recommend only if you get a genius discount or you gonna stay for one night

Positive: I liked the pool, the buffet selection was great, the brightness and the view from our balcony.

Negative: Coffee was less than ideal from the all inclusive machine, so we decided to pay for the bar and even that wasn’t nice. No wifi in the rooms and bad WiFi in the communal area.

Summary: Very nice hotel. A nice change from typical Sardinian accommodations. Could improve a couple things

Positive: It is a rather small all inclusive hotel close to Smeralda Coast in Sardignia. I liked the food choices, parking availability, very good swimming pool, helpful staff.

Negative: There is no wifi in the rooms. The rooms are rather small.

Positive: The pool. The help with the luggage.

Negative: This place didn't live up to our expectations. Extremely small rooms. Bad shower with changing temperature of the water. No internt working. Staff not friendly enough - and they didn't solve our problems with the shower. Bad light in the room.

Positive: The breakfast on the cooked side was cold every day, the selection of the cold buffet was excellent.

Negative: We had no hot water for four days, it then transpired that a valve needed to be opened is all very disappointed, although they did not charge the bar bill at the end of the stay but took some negotiating to get it, and had to ask in the first place.
