Positive: Congratulations to Niki and staff who were wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. Very new accommodation, the suite was spotless, comfortable bed, and quiet room, with excellent facilities. The garden, dining and bar areas were attractive, with contemporary, comfortable furniture and decor. Bravo!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Piccadilly House in Arta. The location is excellent, with convenient parking available, which made everything easier. Niki was an outstanding hostess—warm, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visit. Even the food at the restaurant surprised us with how good it was. Highly recommend!

Positive: The apartments were very spacious, modern and pleasant, with all the facilities available. The location is very central and it's perfect for a city walk or a road trip out of town. There's an option to have a nice breakfast in the hotel's café on the ground floor near an ancient theatre which is located right next to the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Negative: Very noisy if your room is oriented to the street. Ask an "interior view" room and everything will be just perfect.

Summary: If you don't have the room facing the street, you'll love the location! Staff is wonderful!
