Summary: Facilities were dated, staff was scarce. The one person who was very helpful was in the check in office, he was very accommodating. I had to engage him multiple times for things that I expected in any hotel. If not for the location of the hotel, I would have left that same night. Also, please provide bi-lingual assistance. I could not use facilities without translator or help.

Summary: Very friendly staff, they helped in arranging all transportation to move around in Seongsan. The hotel location is absolutely beautiful on the Seopjikoji peninsula, it has views comparable to all the best views of Seongsan Ilchulbong. Do not miss the hotel Korean restaurant.
