Negative: The police were called because a couple got into a fight, and the guy broke the ceramic stove, so I couldn't cook anything. The bathroom was trash.

Positive: Good location and easy to get in and out with a door code. Quiet neighborhood. Room was good sized, and the common area upstairs had a desk for working remotely. Free street parking.

Negative: Huge gaps under the doors, so you hear basically everyone else as they come/go. Would have appreciated a hand towel in the bathroom, instead of using paper towels/tissues. The internet slows way down when more than one person is using it (E. G., in the evenings).

Positive: Good location, spacious room and a massive bathroom. I liked that we had a TV to ourselves. The common spaces were also a great addition.

Negative: It could be cleaner. Bed sheet and towels had some lint, couches in the common spaces looked a bit dirty. Regardless, nothing too concerning and overall a decent stay.

Negative: floors were filthy there was mass amounts of trash under the bed. I placed some leftover food in refrigerator, and someone helped themselves to it within an hour after I placed it and I was planning on eating it for my next meal. Small refrigerator in room would keep entitled individuals hands off what doesn't belong to them.

Summary: good value if all you need is a bed to sleep in and are not expecting a clean environment

Positive: It was a nice home, in a nice neighborhood. TV in the room and lighting was good. Cute place.

Negative: The home in the photos was not the home I stayed at. In fact the address in the listing was not the home I stayed at. You could not leave the gated community on foot which threw my transportation plans way off budget. I asked if there was a key to get out the pedestrian gate and the response I got was “I will check”, but never heard from them again. The room was not clean. I picked up many larger pieces of lint/dirt off the carpet when I got there. The bed had some weird textured stuff in it (felt like sugar but it wasn’t). It was very late that night so I simply shook out the sheets and hoped for the best. I found a random sock that was not mine in the comforter. Since it is a shared bathroom with several other rooms, it would have been nice to have a mirror in the individual rooms to be able to get ready in my room. Also, there were used towels hanging in the bathroom for my entire stay…never moved. Notes everywhere saying “don’t leave dirty dishes in the sink” but there were always dirty dishes in the sink (different ones so it wasn’t like the same ones stayed there the whole time).

Summary: I won’t stay here again.
