Positive: Easy bus ride from Dublin city center. Very well suited for my family of 4. Appreciated having a washing machine (although it would be helpful to have instructions for use available as these machines are very different from the ones we use in the US). Also close to a Tesco so we could do breakfast at the house and pack lunches for the day.

Positive: Great location especially as we had a car. Fairly quiet, clean. Very helpful to have a washing machine.

Negative: Very, very small downstairs bathroom and shower, hot water limited for 5 so it just required some coordinating for us.

Summary: Great location, great flat. Shower and single toilet quite small and would be difficult for a large person to manage.

Positive: House cleaners were good and honest people - they found my Apple Watch shortly after I left and contacted the property manager to tell him. He contacted me and we were able to go collect it. Wonderful property manager!

Positive: The location was excellent. There is a Tesco and McDonalds right down the road and a single bus run into / out of the City. Super convenient and close to Phoenix Park. Kitchen is well appointed and the property was very clean etc.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.
