This light & spacious walk-out basement apartment is tucked into the countryside, just 10 minutes from Oregon State University & Corvallis, 50 minutes from historic Newport coastal town, and near many local wineries. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 couches, and a pullout Ottoman that sleeps a single. 1500 sq ft. Beautiful, peaceful grounds, Trampoline, Large patio, washer/dryer & POOL TABLE! Room to sleep 7.
This cozy and chic walk-out basement apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With two private KING bedrooms, two full size couches, and a roll out ottoman the apartment can sleep seven comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with spices and necessities, and receiving gifts to surprise you! You can easily cook your meals here. You`ll be able to relax on the private patio with fire pit after a long day at the beach, in meetings at OSU, hiking Mary`s Peak, or exploring wine country. 2 cruiser bikes are available to ride bike on local paths .
The apartment has a private entrance and free parking in our driveway. There is also room for extra vehicles on our private road.
*Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. The refundable damage deposit will be taken via credit card on file beginning the day before check-in and automatically released pending any damages.
*FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: While we love offering our guests amenities like a pack-n-play or high chair, we`re not quite big enough to stock them at each of our properties yet. Summary: Stayed here when visiting OSU for a college trip with my nephew. It was close to Corvallis, clean, and had plenty of space for us to relax and hangout. We enjoyed the pool table and games outside. Communication was timely, clear, and very helpful!

Summary: This property is exactly as represented. The outdoor area is gorgeous. The shuffle board and pool table are a fun addition. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds/bedding very comfy. This is our second time staying and we will definitely plan on staying again. Great check in process. We definitely recommend this property.

Summary: Great little spot to stay for the weekend. Comfy beds, great shower, TV area, pickle ball, shuffle board and pool table! A full size oven would make this a perfect place to stay for longer with a bigger group, but all in all a lovely spot. Host is availble quickly!

Summary: This property was fantastic. Easy to get to, very clean and fresh feeling. Large bathroom, Main Bedroom was very luxurious feeling, 2nd bedroom had a mattress that felt like heaven. We didn’t have to much of an opportunity to play pool or shuffleboard but we enjoyed the place so much we plan on returning and will play then. The HIT of the stay for the kids was the play area!!! Elevated playhouse, slide, swing, monkey bar, trampoline….kid heaven. There is even a lovely little ‘stream’ water feature…and at night the resident frogs serenade you. Absolutely delightful!

Summary: I came to Corvallis to visit with my Oregon State kiddo during spring break. This place was peaceful and clean. A relatively short drive gets you to the coast or out to Alsea Falls. Beds are really comfortable. Although there is no oven, the toaster oven was actually big enough to heat some pre-prepared meals from Costco. Kitchen has most things you would need. Billiard table is a plus for relaxation time.
