Summary: What a gem of a hotel! Location is in the middle of the city square and central to the city. Facilities and staff were outstanding. Staff went out of their way to assist you and make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was substantial and had a wide variety of food. Parking was simple as they have a garage in which they will park your car. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I am in the area!

Summary: We had a very comfortable stay at the Phi principe hotel in Cuneo. Our room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning was excellent and the location is right in the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending places to eat and arranging transport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cuneo.
