Positive: - The hot tub looked great, although we didn't have the weather to use it. - It was really pleasant to sit on the terrace with a lovely view and the farm surrounding the property. We had a visit from a friendly family of ducks! - The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. - The lounge space was very comfortable once we figured out the heater.

Negative: 1. There was no hanging space in the common areas or bathrooms and very little in the bedrooms. We had towels, soggy raincoats, wash bags, jackets, wet laundry strewn everywhere over the week, which really detracted from the stay. This would be easy/ inexpensive to fix (e.g. Ikea has over-door hook rails for ~£4, no screws required - get one for every room) and it would make a huge difference to the amenity of the place. 2. The shower was terrible; only one person could use it in the mornings (with very low pressure); after which it was a dribble. The bath however had both ample water flow and space for an adult; just took more time. 3. As we were staying a full week, we found the fridge (bar sized) too small for our needs.

Summary: Beautiful location and views; rustic country terrace.
