Positive: The staff was very friendly, they booked a boat trip to the Bay and a transport to the bus station for us at a reasonable price. The hotel felt clean and safe. They had good restaurant recommendations within walking distance. It's nice for a short stay to see the bay but there is not much more in the town without a moped.

Positive: Second time in this beatiful place,we have the king room with the balcony, mountain view, everytihng excellent. Perfect location to visit the Bay, Ko Panyi, etc.. staff can help you to organise it if you need it. The town itself has nothing special and this the best place to stay.

Positive: The hotel is a renovated shophouse. I like the neighborhood, in the Phangnga downtown. Staff is really friendly and attentive.

Negative: The bed is a bit too soft for me.
