Positive: Extremely attentive service by each one of the employees, who are always ready to go the extra mile for guests to feel comfortable. Additionally, they offer complimentary coffee and traditional Thai breakfast sweets in the mornings. A true local experience.
Negative: Rooms could use an update. Walls were dirty and scratched. Some wooden furniture pieces were damaged and not taken care of. Nothing dramatic, but a cozy boutique hotel like this should pay attention to facilities upkeep.
Summary: Lovely boutique hotel for a genuine local stay

Positive: Beautiful historic hotel surrounded by magical mountains that were misty in the morning. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple hours early, as we had a special event that day. We loved our quiet room location in the back of the hotel with a little garden outside. Very special local breakfast snacks were provided, sticky rice with various fillings in banana leaves, tea & coffee. If they could consider just adding some eggs to it, then you'd have a conplete breakfast! Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
Negative: A few things could be improved ~ upon arriving the room had a slight musty smell, the room could use a deep cleaning to clear this. But it was ok in the end with the AC on. Also there were some loud sounds in the bathroom of the water draining, maybe it's because it's an older building.
Summary: Quaint historic hotel in Phangnga center
