Positive: Staff were mega attentive. The breakfast was awesome, thai sweet rice in banana leaves, coffee and a view of the mountains. Brilliant.

Positive: Wonderful design with historic feel in a new hotel. Loved the ambiance. Comfortable bed and easy parking.

Positive: Beautiful historic hotel surrounded by magical mountains that were misty in the morning. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple hours early, as we had a special event that day. We loved our quiet room location in the back of the hotel with a little garden outside. Very special local breakfast snacks were provided, sticky rice with various fillings in banana leaves, tea & coffee. If they could consider just adding some eggs to it, then you'd have a conplete breakfast! Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Negative: A few things could be improved ~ upon arriving the room had a slight musty smell, the room could use a deep cleaning to clear this. But it was ok in the end with the AC on. Also there were some loud sounds in the bathroom of the water draining, maybe it's because it's an older building.

Positive: The location was OK. Staff were very helpful. Quiet location. Typical Thai feel to the hotel and the town.

Negative: There was nothing to improve with the hotel. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Access to eating establishments was a fair walk or tuk tuk ride away.

Summary: A very nice experience in typical Thai Town.

Positive: I loved everything about Phang Nga Origin Hotel. The space is both beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and super helpful, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The Thai sticky rice snacks in the morning with coffee was a real treat! Not to mention, the hotel organized a wonderful tour for us to see the beautiful Phang Nga Bay and Islands. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Thailand! We hope to come back and visit again some day!
