Positive: We spent a very happy Christmas at the Pfamhaus apartment. It was an easy check-in experience, and any questions were answered very quickly. We appreciated the provisions left for us and the understanding shown towards an early checkin.The apartment was warm, comfortable, well equipped, and had a good view of the lake. You couldn't ask for a better location for St Wolfgang, the Christmas market, all the shops, restaurants, and church which we attended on Christmas Eve. We enjoyed magical experiences walking around St Wolfgang and up on the paths, at the markets, boat ride between villages, train ride up the mountain, both only 13min walk and spa experience at the wellness Alm 30min walk along the lake. It even snowed on Christmas Eve! Such a stunning, beautiful area with so much to experience and enjoy, which I guess does reflect in the price.

Negative: The icing on the cake would have been some Christmas decorations 🎄

Positive: It was in a quiet side street but in the centre of St Wolfgang. So it was quiet but all the great restaurants, cafes and Christmas Markets were at your doorstep.

Negative: On the first night, we encountered a serious problem with the water heater. When the third person was taking a shower, the hot water suddenly ran out. With no other options, we called the landlord. The landlord informed us that he believed the water heater was working fine and that there was nothing he could do, asking us to wait. After waiting for about an hour, there was still no hot water. We contacted the landlord again and were told that he was not in local and could not resolve the issue. By this time, it was already past midnight. As we have the intense travel itinerary, we had to find a simple way to deal with the showering issue ourselves,some people could only took the shower on the second day! Considering that we still had two more nights of accommodation, I contacted the landlord to inquire if there were any other housing options available for us. The landlord stated that there were none. I then suggested that if we found an alternative solution ourselves, would the landlord be able to provide appropriate compensation. The landlord firmly stated that he could not. In addition, the weak WiFi signal on the first floor, which is almost unusable, along with the water heater issue, made it impossible for us to have a normal stay for three nights, the issue with the water heater was never resolved during our reserved stay.This caused us significant inconvenience. The landlord's indifferent and unhelpful attitude also made us feel very helpless and upset.

Summary: very bad water heater and wifi in 1st floor, very difficult to find the door.
