Unique Boho Chic 4 bedroom 2300 sq ft home has a style all its own! Fit to house multiple families traveling together or a smaller group looking for a relaxing vacation! Equipped w/ a pool table, ping pong table & large fenced in back yard for dogs! 10 mins to the beach, 1 mile from all of the restaurants & shopping Palm Coast has to offer!

Guests will have the home all to themselves, but we are always available via the Airbnb app!

Very quiet residential neighborhood with many families.

The neighborhood is very quiet and people keep to themselves. You will need a car to get to most places, but since this home is so centrally located, it only takes 5-10mins to get nearly everywhere in Palm Coast.

Completely renovated and updated BOHO themed home with lots of room for large groups along with a very large backyard to play in and dogs to roam. Each room is unique in its design, meant to give you a cozy and fun vibe.

Guests will need a car or Uber/Lyft to get to most places.

If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. Please pick up after your pet uses the bathroom on the lawn.
There are a few new houses being built on the street that may cause some noise from time to time during work hours.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.

Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets for added comfort and cleanliness.

Driveway Size: 2 cars wide, can fit 4 total in driveway and 2 in the 2 car garage. Driveway: 17’Wide x 40’Long
Parking is not permitted next to the driveway as there is a septic tank and drain field.

$30 pet fee per pet, per night for bookings of 14 days or less. Price varies for longer stays.

No local guest.

Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 7th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 7 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

Summary: Our stay at this property was very peaceful and quiet considering we were there for Bike Week. Located north of Daytona beach, the travel time to Daytona was less than 30 minutes. The neighborhood is established with a few new home sights being developed. Neighbors of the property were very receptive of our stay even though we would be the most audible sound that could be heard. We respected their peace also by entering and exiting quietly on our bikes. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time. this house is located in Palm Coast.
