Summary: 設備が新しいため、非常にきれいでかつ地域的な事も考えられ床暖房があるなど良かった。ただ隣の宿泊者が22時ころ以降大きな音楽で大騒ぎして、夜中1時過ぎまで大声は出すわ、床をかかとから落とすようにドタドタ歩くので正直全く寝ることができなかった。こちらはペット連れなので気を使っていたが、全く意味がない。ペットを連れているような感じを受けなかったので、ペット泊建屋に通常の宿泊者も入れているのであれば問題だと思う。大学生のメンバー化わからないがそこそこの人数はいたようなので、本当に憤慨している。要するに建屋が一緒の3部屋分は音がかなり聞こえるのでこういう馬鹿がいると本当に迷惑で快適に過ごすことはできない。設備は良いのに実にもったいないと思った。

Summary: 家族4人+犬2匹で2泊3日で宿泊しました。良い点　・きれいで清潔である　・ベッドが大きい　・洗濯機がある　・ロフトがある　・コンセントにUSBが付いてて便利残念な点　・アメニティにブラシ、かみそりが入っていない　・ドックランの草がクローバーでイマイチ　・BBQがホットプレート使用　・駐車場から部屋が遠い

Summary: 宿泊してる夜に他の棟からの火災報知器が鳴って全棟泊まってる方々が外に出てきて一時騒然としましたが、あとからお電話でしっかり対応いただけたので安心でした。部屋もきれいで、人工温泉も素敵。また利用してみたいと思いました。

Summary: 河口湖駅近くの部屋とどっちにしようか迷いましたが、森の中で静かな立地が良かったです。サウナも気持ち良く設備も整って楽しく過ごせました。ハンガーはありましたがクローゼットがなかったので着替えを仕舞うタンスとかなくてそれが不便でしたがまた利用したいです。
