Positive: This was perfect for my family's 1 night stopover. Clean and comfy, and 2 mins walk to a supermarket. Special mention has to go to Alison the manager, who went above and beyond in helping us with an issue with a suitcase that wouldn't open. She's super friendly and accommodating, and nothing is a hassle. Would definitely stay here again.
