This 23 acre-based home reveals 15 acres of established vines that flow down from the beautiful hilltop home, creating spectacular rural views, as well as producing great grapes! Enjoy over 2400 square feet of well-appointed living space in this home with two master suites, plus two additional bedrooms sharing a convenient hall bathroom. The open living room features a great-room approach, comfortable for friends or family. The large, custom kitchen invites you to cook and entertain with your friends, taking advantage of high-end kitchen appliances and roomy granite counter tops. The hot tub is off the back patio, filled with comfortable furniture for dining and relaxing, under trellised shade structure. All has been planned and created with comfort and ease in mind. Summary: We stayed at Petrae vineyard with 2 families and had an amazing time. The house layout made it easy to accommodate two families while having the kids enjoy the room with the bunk beds. The location of the property is great - peaceful, quiet, and yet close to Paso Robles, wineries, and San Miguel Mission. The outdoor space is very convenient and the hot tub made evenings more fun. We really enjoyed the amount of space outdoors and had set-up various sport zones for the kids. The evenings also offered great star gazing and opportunity to unplug (and yes Wifi was very effective there). Overall, there is plenty of space which makes this property easy to recommend - especially for a larger group. The kitchen was very handy and we enjoyed many great meals at the house. We will be back :)

Summary: The house was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay, very close to wineries and the location was secure. Coffee was a plus! Family very happy with the selection. Next time in Paso definitely will rent it again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our long weekend here. Plenty of room for 3 families to be together or hang out in our own "zones." Hot tub was great, covered backyard eating area was key, even in the chilly weather. It was very clean, the kitchen was pretty well stocked, and there were plenty of towels. The property is big enough for some nice walks. There is a dirt road to get there, which we were worried about because it rained all weekend, but it was fine.

Summary: We stayed here with family friends and really enjoyed it. The house was the perfect layout for us - kids in the bunk beds and each couple got a master bedroom. We were also able to bring our dog. It was clean and easy to access. Would stay again!
