Summary: Lobby and restaurant were full of people smoking. The place smelled terrible and I couldn’t eat at restaurant. The listing said “smoking in designated areas” but I have never heard of smoking in the Main Lobby - which had No Smoking signs! Also the soundproofing was suboptimal. With all due respect, there is no way to sleep past the 5:00am Call to Prayer music coming from the nearby Mosque.

Summary: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, we stayed for dinner one night too which was pretty reasonable. Overall good value for the price. Only downside is it’s not an easy walk back up the hill after a full day at Petra!

Summary: We were looking for an affordable stay near Petra and this one did the job. Bed was comfortable and the front desk people were extremely helpful in organizing activities. My only complaint is that the shower and bathroom area were smaller than expected. A good option for your stay in Petra.

Summary: the hot water has a schedule after 10pm no longer there and at 4:30am they turn it on again, the strangest thing I have seen in a hotel

Summary: Petra Sella is a great place to stay when visiting Petra. The staff were friendly and I had a great view of the city. Only downside is that WiFi didn’t work in the room.

Summary: Pretty good hotel, nice views from the room, friendly staff, about 10 minutes drive to Petra visitor centre. Good restaurant on the other side of the road. For Petra this is pretty good value for money.
