Positive: Spacious and aerated apartment. Sleeps comfortably 3 people. Well equipped kitchen and great overall feel. The terrace above is great to see the sunset or sunrise over the city.

Positive: It is good and very spacious apartment close to the center and most of city's amenities. The parking is right below and visible from the windows. The host is there to help with everything. The access to apartment is fairly easy, although the lift cabine is a bit challenging. The kitchen has lots of things, the TV is with streaming, Wi Fi is fully acceptable.
Negative: The cleanliness - fairly the apartment needs a good cleaning, with special attention to details. It's a well-thought-over apartment but sticky appliances and surfaces ruin the vibe. The roof top is a special gem of the place but it needs to be taken care of or else it is simply unusable. The mosquitos - the windows are without mosquito screens, nor the apartment has any mosquito killers - secure the one or two to avoid lengthy night battle with these little animals.

Positive: Very spacious and clean apartment, high-quality furniture, warm, everything you need in the kitchen, special thanks for the delicious coffee👌 Convenient location, 5 minutes to the center. Very polite host, met us, showed us everything, and also made sure everything was okay when we left. Thank you very much, and now I know exactly where I can stay in Suceava when I'm passing through👌🤩
