Summary: All was good/excellent, especially all the reception as well as restaurant staff. Connecting to the internet was a nightmare as the system would not accept my hyphenated name. Despite trying all permutations, we still could not connect. Finally, we had to take it to concierge to get us connected. However the next morning we got disconnected again!

Summary: Swimming pool is dirty and cold. Staff at front desk was not cooperative at all. When we spoke to manager (QUSSAY) he only gave us excuses that didn’t make any sense and did not try to rectify the situation at all. I’m not going to stay at this hotel again.
