Positive: Very clean, lots of room, had everything we could need in the kitchen, very quiet. Was accessible for my senior parents. Neighbourhood very quiet.

Negative: The transition strips between the kitchen and living room and the bedroom and living room. We tripped over them many times. Would be safer if they were the same level.

Summary: Excellent! We will be back.

Negative: - Ground floor of 2-level house; - No view from the ground floor apartment. The view was from the top of the hill (and maybe the top floor of the house; The house was located near the bottom of the hill and obstructed by trees and other buildings - Apartment felt damp; - Not much natural light; - No privacy if window shades/coverings left open because people outside can see right into windows; - Cannot open windows as there were no screens to keep out dust and insects; - Very tight kitchen;

Positive: There was a great view from the garden of the river. The place is in Surrey, and the accomodation was excellent. Spacious rooms, spotless kitchen, and a warm living room. We had secure parking inside the compound. Quiet neighbourhood.
