The Tipsy Turtle MCR682; Spend your days by the private pool with a stunning waterfall feature. From the main level, located on the 2nd floor, you will find a large living room and an open-concept gourmet kitchen. The dining table seats a crowd and is ideal for sharing a family meal! The living area features a sitting area, with a full sofa and sectional sofa. The couch pulls out to a bed for additional guests. Guests have direct access to a large upper deck with outdoor furniture that overlooks the pool.
Across from the living room, you'll find 3 relaxing bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and private balcony with Gulf views! Bedroom 2 is just down the hall and offers a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the first floor are 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 4 is large and has 2 queen-size beds. Bedroom 5 is a bunk room that has a triple bunk bed. There is a full bathroom shared by these 2 bedrooms. Outside you will find a grill picnic tables and plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs for lounging. Additional amenities include boat parking, washer and dryer, outdoor shower and private parking for up to 6 cars. No garage access.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great for our large group. The kids and adults had so much space to play, swim, and hang out.The only small issue we encountered was the pool had quite a bit of tree debris/dirt in it, but there was no net available for us to clean it out. We called Port A Escapes, and they sent out a professional cleaning company to come tidy it up, however a net would have been perfect to maintain it. We also could have used more silverware. Our large group ran through it pretty quickly.Otherwise, this house was amazing! We will most likely book again for future visits.

Summary: Location to the beach was great! Need a golf cart though. Pool was excellent! Kitchen had everything we needed. Had an issue with the dryer but they took care of it. The two game consoles were weak but we didn’t play them anyway. One suggestion would be to clean the return air vents. We had a great time! Thanks!

Backyard and pool are spacious. Really awesome set up. Only thing that could be better is there pots and pans. They have everything. Just might want to bring own if need to make big portions. Theirs are pretty small.

Summary: On Vrbo state check in at 4pm but we were unable to check in close to 5pm. Most of my family got there around 4pm and have to drive around until we were able to check in. Dryer was broken call twice but no one come out to fix the dryer as result we were unable to wash and dry out dirty and wet clothing.

Summary: We discovered many issues with this property. 1. Cockroaches2.ants 3. Broken pool light4. Broken ice maker in refrigerator 5.broken dryer machine6. Horrible smell in washing machine- ruining our clothes. 7. No trash bags8. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. These are just some of the issues worth complaining about. This property was certainly not worth the price at all. The price needs to be reduced significantly for all the issues present.

Summary: The cleanliness of the property was a big let down. We were really looking forward to the amenities this house had to offer, unfortunately we were not able to use most of them. Upon arrival we were informed the washer and dryer were both broken and only the washer got fixed while we were there, so we were unable to wash clothes during our stay. We were only given 2 towels per room and with the washer and dryer broken, that was just not enough towels for a week stay. We initially walked into dismantled couches, and within the first hour of being there our kids found what is suspected to be feces in the children’s play room. I called the management and they sent someone over with new bedding for that room but no one came to clean the room itself. While the management was changing the bedding she informed me that housekeeping “missed” that room and never got around to cleaning it, but again they never sent anyone to clean it after this situation. Our kids weren’t able to play in the room the rest of the stay which was a big booking point for us as we had 4 children. The pool was also extremely dirty when we got there. There were nicotine packs and cigarette butts all around the pool/outside area, and wads of hair floating in the pool. Someone came and cleaned the pool on the 2nd day of our stay, but initially walking out to a dirty pool was not ideal. Overall this property wasn’t properly cleaned and was disappointing.

The house was extremely clean and the layout was perfect for our family of 10. There was plenty of room for all of us! We had a small issue with the downstairs AC when we arrive, but the management company was all over it, even on a busy Memorial Day weekend. They replaced the blower motor while we stepped out to the beach. This is very rare service which we applaud them for. We will definitely be back!
