Summary: A lot of steps. Okay for younger crowd. Seniors work getting everything to kitchen. Would be nice to have tv in the kitchen area. Catch news weather while having breakfast. Beautiful setting and very peaceful.

Summary: We loved our stay at Fern Hill! The house is exactly as pictured and was spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have been nicely updated (and have great water pressure). During the day, we enjoyed exploring the trails on the property when we weren't visiting Hocking Hills. In the evening, we hung out downstairs watching basketball and playing in the cozy living room. The host was very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcome - we will definitely visit again! (One last thing- we did find a couple of deer ticks on our dog and kids, so make sure to pack bug spray and check yourselves before you come inside!)
