Summary: We had the whole second floor to ourselves, plus access to a grill and outdoor seating. The rooms were spacious and nicely set up. Big windows in the living room overlooked a garden and a view of trees. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and we were comfortable with open windows and fans. Jean was very pleasant and helpful. Mainly they kept to themselves, and I hope we weren't a noisy distraction to them. We have an 11 year old grandson who's very clever but rather loud. This was our first time staying in Branford and we really loved it!

Summary: This was our second stay at the apartment. We are a family six and once again, everyone was perfectly comfortable. The space is very clean and the hosts are very accommodating. It isn’t fancy but it is well equipped and the location is fantastic. It is a short walk to the marina and the restaurant and shops there. There is a great walk across the marsh that we took many times during our stay. We will be back!

Summary: Quaint, clean, well-equipped property. Area perfectly fit the CT Shoreline with woodsy feel very close to the beach area. Clean and comfortable with vintage feel that was updated and immaculate. Accomodating hosts that saw us in and gave plenty of privacy but were accessible too. Property accomodated our two dogs with a large yard to sniff around but close to quiet roads to walk. Convienient to roads up and down the coast. Stairs on the steeper side if you have difficulties. 3 well-equipped, well-sized bedrooms with fans and AC. Kitchen with appliances, table and chairs and nice living room with TV. We loved the charm, cleanliness, and location and would certainly stay again.

Summary: Jean was really helpful, she made sure to accommodate us with everything we needed for a baby. The place could have been cleaner and we didn’t expect to hear the trains that often, but they didn’t bother us so much.

Summary: Hosts Jean and Paul were lovely hosts. Very clean, cool with AC in every room and dog-friendly for the grand dog. Excellent Communication. Appreciated their hospitality- close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. 4 adults and an 8 year old. If I had to make a suggestion, maybe another frying pan. Wonderful parking which is rare in this area. Close proximity to Stony Creek waterfront and access to the Thimble Islands. We treasure this annual getaway with family and this house is a perfect and most pleasant stay. Thank you Jean and Paul
