Positive: Wonderful professional house manager who immediately took care of all our needs & questions at any hour of the day or night! House was spacious, lovely classic dessert decor, clean, had all furnishings & kitchen items needed, and perfect quiet beautiful location! Wish we had the time to stay longer at this Oasis Gem!

Negative: Booking.com was a nightmare of mismanagement! Basic functions of Booking.com Website would not work to add a night, or simply text with customer service. Called 800 phone listed around 15 CALLS! & could never connect with Customer Service at Booking.com! They never sent private gate code as promised! We could not enter house late at night when no one was around to help. House Manger was an ANGEL & professionally immediately took care of all of the details that Booking.com mismanaged. Will never use Booking.com again!

Summary: Blissful beautiful spacious Oasis with EVETYTHING u need, plus an exceptional professional house manager ANGEL!

Negative: Master bedroom shower head leaked so unable to use. Light in shower/toilet was out. Fireplace did not work. Barbecue grill was dirty.

Positive: We bought a food and prepared our own breakfast. House had a coffee and tea, sault and pepper, oil, miscellaneous spices, ample of dishes and every appliance on this earth. I liked that the house has a terrace looking at the golf course.

Negative: I did not like bed mattresses. They seem to be old and concave in the middle. One bed actually had a memory foam topper. Could not enjoy being outside on a terrace for a long time because of some small flying insects.

Summary: House is located in the beautiful gated community and has everything for long and comfortable stay.
