Positive: We loved the location and the balcony with a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The air conditioning was excellent. Nice spacious apartment. Kimberly helped with any issues promptly . She also sorted us out with our Venice tickets. A different lady came to help us check out and she was lovely too. Overall really enjoyable.

Positive: We liked that the apartment was spacious and had a large balcony around it. Good shutters to keep the light and heat out and secure. The air-conditioning was good, however the main one in the kitchen stopped working on our 2nd last day. The apartment was clean and very close to all the facilities e.g Peschiera centre with lots of lovely shops and restaurants along the river, the ferry and boat trips, velobike hire just 3 minutes walk away, big market on Monday just behind the apartment. Nice complimentary bottle of wine and water which was much appreciated after our long journey from Ireland. And the hosts, Emanuele and Kimberly where very nice, helpful and very efficient.

Negative: So this apartment is a bit dated. Its on a 2nd floor with no elevator. Even though it is very centrally located, it can also be very noisy during the day if you wish to sit out on the balcony as it is situated on a main road that runs through Peschiera along the lakeside. The kids bedroom with the bunk beds has no air-con so in july/Aug it's very warm. The main bedroom is very spacious with good air-con but the huge wardrobe is somewhat unusable if you wish to hang any long items e.g long dress. And the light duvets and pillows need replacing! The cover on the large couch needs replacing(not that my teenagers were delighted to throw themselves on it!) I would recommend these rentals to be a little more generous with basics like toilet paper/ kitchen paper/ washing-up liquid and maybe even leaving little sachets of salt/pepper/oil/vinegar etc. These would be more beneficial than the bottle of wine.

Positive: The location, the balcony and our concierge, Kimberly, was really helpful. Also I liked that the property had a garage where I could leave the car without fear that something could happen to it.

Negative: The cleanliness was unfortunately not as expected when we arrived and that in the loft next to us were people carrying out some repairs and it was really loud every day from 8 am, the insulation of the Appartement was not really good either, you could hear everything, like the other guests, the street etc., also during the night.
