Summary: I stayed with a friend and we totally enjoyed this hotel. It felt like a resort with bottles of water always available and champagne and coffee all day on the house! The staff was friendly and always helpful. We got to know Carter, Precious, Robert, and Stratten by name! Thanks for showing us your southern hospitality!

Summary: unfortunately our room smelled like Cat Pee. Aside from that the rooms are spacious and very very comfortable and updated beautifully. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast otion was delicious. when we arrived after a 7 hour drive, at 4:30 PM, our room was not ready until 6 Pm. We had 7 Pm dinner reservations so we had to rush. Our room smelled like Cat Pee and the hotel was full, so we could not get into another room. sadly no one offered any kind consolation, not that i was looking for one. Maybe send someone to the room to smell the cat pee or get the cleaning staff to know the difference from cat pee smell and a proper hotel smell and report it. Aside from that, its a very nice hotel.

Summary: From the moment you arrive the staff goes above and beyond in helping you in any way possible. From Front desk to Bar staff and anyone in between. Housekeeping were efficient and incredibly stealthy. Would leave the room for an hour or so and when returned room was cleaned. Speaking of the room, the shower was large and the best water pressure and shower head we have experienced in any hotel. We normally do not use a Hotel restaurant but chose to use Emporium Kitchen for convenience for breakfast and the food was amazing. Convenient location in Historic Downtown and no problem getting a Quick Uber ride while visiting this time of year. Also used their complimentary car service and highly recommend if available. Highly recommend staying at this Hotel and would stay here again.

Summary: We just returned from celebrating our 20th anniversary at Perry Lane—and we’re still glowing from the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, including a surprise bottle of champagne and a box of macarons waiting in our beautifully appointed room. Every detail of the hotel is stunning—from the rooftop bar at Peregrin to the curated art and charming touches throughout. Special shoutouts to Randy (the Concierge) Lauren, Saivon, Pedro, Jeff, Cliff, Cameron, Sy, Drew (the GM), and the Sage Hospitality Group, who each added their own magic to our stay. Whether we were lounging poolside, enjoying live music, dining at Emporium, or simply wandering the halls, we felt completely immersed in Savannah’s charm and hospitality. We travel often, but this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had. Perry Lane didn’t just meet expectations—it made our milestone unforgettable.
