Positive: The complex was really well kept and felt secluded and safe. Each little house and facilities were kept really nice and homely. Everything worked well within the home. There were some tea and coffee stores present in the house which was nice. Staff on site were all really friendly and chatty.

Negative: You couldn't have your car parked directly outside your accommodation, but in the car park on the entrance to the site. It's not that much of an inconvenience. The complex is off a narrow lane that had no kerbs and is very fast, so there isn't really an option to go for a walk or a run from base.

Positive: All the facilities were nice, leisure facilities good and well presented, staff very helpful. Our place was clean, warm and tidy. Had all we needed for our stay.

Negative: We had an issue with the shower, the button had to be held in to keep it running. We spoke to staff to get it sorted, but unable to until the day we were leaving.
