Positive: Since I was only looking to find a place to stay for one night at a price I could afford this suited my needs. The room was clean and well lit (which is something I can't say about some more expensive places). Wifi was available and worked well once I got the correct password.

Negative: Parking was available, but a very tight fit. Getting into the house required going up some very steep steps. Getting into the room also required ascending a very steep set of stairs. The tread on the stairs was narrow. This isn't necessarily a knock on the facility, that's just the way it was built. But if you choose to stay here be prepared. There was sign next to the bed that indicated the WiFi network and password. The password was incorrect. There were other people staying there who got me the correct one. Very annoying. The bathroom was shared and was downstairs next to the kitchen. To be honest, I don't know who was a visitor and who was the owner as I met several different people at different times.

Summary: Sufficient if you only need a place to sleep for a day or two.
