Summary: Our family reunion at this property was absolutely perfect! The various room configurations suited all family sizes beautifully, and the family party room was ideal for gathering, conversing, and playing games. The pool area became a favorite hangout spot throughout the day. The catering staff was brilliant—breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, and our specially requested dinner was exceptional, truly worthy of a starred restaurant. The property manager was outstanding, promptly answering questions both before and during our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, making the experience seamless and memorable. Summary: This property is amazing. Ruth and the entire staff went over the top to make this the best weekend for my daughters 14th birthday. We had 11 girls and they had a ball. Highly recommend. And so beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Summary: We stayed at PermaVista Ranch for our son's wedding in Brenham. What a beautiful home! It has plenty of bedroom's all spread out for 16 people...which we loved. The party room was our epicenter because there is something for everyone...pool, shuffleboard, games, tv, etc. The breakfast provided by the chef every morning was amazing. The tennis court, play area and swimming pool/hot tub were a hit with everyone. Working with Ruth was easy from day 1. She was very quick to respond to an email before our stay or any question while we were in the home. The home is beautifully decorated and you can see it is a treasured home for a beautiful family with a lot of memories. Our family now has our own wonderful memories to add to it.

Summary: Our group of 8 guys had a great weekend at the ranch. Ruth was very helpful in coordinating food and activities for us. The food was good, and they cooked plenty for our entire group. We had an awesome time hanging out in the big game room, swimming, and playing sports on the tennis court. There was plenty of space for every guy to have his own room, and we would definitely consider returning next year. The biggest con of the property is that the bedrooms/bathrooms are all dated and could use a remodel (or at the very least... a significant deep-clean, repainting, etc). This wasn't a big deal for our group of guys, as we spent very little time in our rooms, but it would make me think twice if I was booking a weekend here with all couples.

Summary: This is the second time our team has stayed at the Permavista Ranch. The last time was July of 2021. All I can say is we’ve tried other properties over the years but after this trip we’ve all agreed moving forward our offsite home away from home will be here and here only. From courteousness of the entire staff, the amazing chefs that prepared our meals and the Amazing Horse Trainer Elise why would anyone go anywhere else. There are several rooms to house meetings, the game room house is amazing. The main house is simply stoic and the multiple single rooms allows for privacy for 10 people with ease!
