Enjoy the entire home and backyard but please note: the lake is not accessible for guests! No swimming, no fishing, no kayaking, no paddlebaords/no access.
We pride ourselves in our Concierge service and great communication with our guests! We also know how to give space and let our guests enjoy their time!!!
This home is located inside the magnificent, gated community of Terra Lago. Known for its charming houses, lakefront and mountain views and friendly neighbors, the community lends itself to BBQ’s and recreational activities that drift into your daydreams. There is also a 36-hole golf course, that is sure to impress amateurs and experts, with its rolling terrain and panoramic views!

1. We are a drug free home - no excuses will be accepted and 0 tolerance will be followed.
2. No smoking or vaping inside the homes!
3. We do NOT allow pets in our homes. If you would like to reach out to the host directly, arrangements can be (possibly) made and a pet deposit will be required!
4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am!!!
5. We do NOT allow water balloons in the backyards. If they are found in property, guests will be subject to a fine!
6. Please do NOT tamper with the cameras or pool equipment. If guests have questions please reach out to management!
7. Guests are not permitted to swim/kayak/paddle board or fish in the lake!

Summary: I cant say enough about how gorgeous and unique this lakefront home is, but before I do let me say that the care and attentiveness, of this property management group - is positively exceptional. I was happily surprised by the speed that they were able to respond to my questions about the property. We had a slight weather-related hiccup on our first day, and the team at five star property mgmt took great care quickly to make it right. They are easy to talk to, and they really care, bottom line - you won't feel like you are on your own or abandoned like some properties. Oh yes and the house, it has the most gorgeous view of the lake, the pool and backyard are a dream and the home is clean and well laid out. Can't wait to return, and thank you on behalf of happy bunch of grandparents and grandkids

Summary: This place is absolutely amazing! We all loved our stay and appreciated the thought that was put into this house. It had everything we needed. The location was a bit far from Palm Springs but we didn't mind at all because it had a Casino and many food options nearby.
