Positive: Front desk staff was very helpful. She explained the usage of card keys very thoroughly which are different from other hotels. Public parking is available around the hotel. Staff was kind enough to assist with the parking app to make sure parking fee is paid on weekends. Room is clean, neat and tidy. They provide complete amenities, including toothbrush. What makes this hotel different from others, a complimentary eye masks were also provided in the room. At the waiting area, they provide light snacks and beverages for guest to enjoy while waiting for check in/out process. Iron and hairdryer are also provided upon request. Water dispenser is located at the 1st floor which is convenient for guest to refill their drinks.

Negative: Some of the furnitures are quite old but still functional. Aircond will take about 5 minutes to start cooling. Noise from the nearby clubs can be heard but still tolerable for sleeping. Not a big issue for a light sleeper like me.

Summary: Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. Room is value for money. Will stay here again.
