Summary: This was ideal for 2 families with lots of grown up children. The layout is quirky but the bedroom layout is flexible with plenty of loos and showers. Decor is basic but functional and comfortable. Access to the 20 min cabin to Meribel could not be more convenient. Similarly shops and restaurants in Brides are very close by. There is plenty of free parking near by. Good value overall.

Summary: "Was absolutely perfect for 4 family party with teenagers. Plenty of room & best equipped kitchen we''ve had in the alps in 20 years which made communal cooking a social highlight of the visit instead of a chore! And found cafe with good food & reasonable prices just round the corner for night off."

Summary: "We had a fantastic stay at La Cascade last December, the room we had was huge with an en-suite bathroom. The food served by Paul & Liz was fab and overall we had a great week. The cable car which takes you to Meribel is just round the corner, which opens you up to the huge 3 Valleys ski area. We loved it so much we went back in March for a second visit."
