Summary: Was great, have stayed here a few times. Always easy, stress free.

Summary: The house was very clean. A few improvements could be made such as the bathtub faucet very difficult to adjust water temperature. A few of the closet doors off tracks. More towels needed especially if advertising more than six people can stay.Some of the house rules prevented us to open windows which would have been nice to get fresh air in the house. Also would suggest not scheduling appointments for contractors to come in while people have paid for the time to stay there and then having to leave for that. Communication should have been a phone call directly not a message on the VRBO.Overall pleased.

Summary: Super impressed with the cleanliness and the location to The College of Idaho. My complaint with the stay is with VRBO. There was a miscommunication and VRBO had to call me. I tried to talk to two different operators, but I couldn’t understand them. My app was not working so I couldn’t get access to the messages the owner was trying to send me. It would have been so much easier if VRBO would have just let the owner contact me.
