This home is in the heart of everything fun about austin!
You can walk to zilker park, barton springs, alamo drafthouse and many restaurants. It is also very close to downtown and S. Congress. Perfect for ACL festival or fun, fun, fun fest! Also great for SXSW, Formula One or any other austin event.
The 3445 sqft home features 11 foot ceilings and walnut floors. The clerestory windows provide ample natural light.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
- master suite: beautiful master suite with spa like bath, king size bed (sleeps 2)
- guest suite: guest suite with a king size bed with a private bath on the first floor; offers separate entrance to the main house for additional privacy. (sleeps 2)
- upstairs bedroom 3: two twin beds (trundle bed)
- upstairs bedroom 4: two twin beds (trundle bed)
- upstairs playroom: queen size air mattress available if needed
- half bath off of kitchen
- full bath upstairs
- master and guest suite both have attached bathrooms
Garage apartment: the detached garage apartment offers a queen bed and a pull-out queen sofa bed; easily accommodates 4. It is not included in the price but can be leased in addition to the house for a large group.

The home has a large covered back patio with two cozy couches and a ceiling fan and includes an island with sink and gas grill for cookouts. The yard has a large oak tree and gas fire pit to sit around or roast marshmallows!

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful home. It is a great place and location for ACL, walking distance from Zilker Park and numerous restaurants on Barton Springs. The home is clean, comfortable with wonderful furnishings and cozy beds. It was perfect for our family of 8. Joi always responds quickly and is very accommodating of all of our needs. The outdoor living area is an added plus for additional space to hang out and relax after a long day at the park. We love this property and look forward to staying here again next October.

Summary: This is one of the most gorgeous homes we have rented through VRBO. We rented both the main house and the garage apartment. From day 1, Joi was responsive and met all of our needs. The home was perfect for our family of 8. The house was spotless, the beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor living area/yard was so wonderful after a long day at Zilker Park. The location of the home is perfect for so many of Austin's wonderful sites. We were in Austin for ACL so being walking distance to Zilker was a bonus. We will definitely rent this home next year!

Summary: This house is beautiful, perfectly clean and maintained, and very welcoming. We loved the location too— perfect for us! Joi was so friendly easy to communicate with and she left us a very nice welcome gift of wine and cookies (which we loved!). We would highly recommend this home, and would love to stay there again!!
